P0700 †Transmission Control System Malfunction
P0731 †Gear 1 Incorrect ratio

Can't find any reference to the other two codes. The gear ratio error typically means slippage in one of the clutch packs. Along with this your mechanic can use a scanner to view the "clutch volume index", (CVI). That is a set of four numbers representing the volume of fluid it takes to apply each clutch. Based on those numbers he can tell how much clutch plate life is left in each clutch pack. Once the fiber plates wear to a certain point, the computer can't update the shift points far enough to maintain a crisp shift, and slippage occurs. The gear ratio error code will set and the transmission will stay in second gear to allow you to drive it slowly to a repair shop without needing a tow truck.
