Is it hard to replace a rack and pinion in a 2000 dodge intrepid

There is a fair bit in this, it will take a fully equipped workshop about 4.5 hrs to do this then there is a toe in check to be done, at home with basic equipment and no hoist maybe 8 hrs would see it done.
