The timing belt on my car broke, which caused the valves to bend, im taking it to a machine shop to get the valves bent straight, but am not sure how to remove the valves from the head, is there a diagram and instructions i can be provided with? thank you.

The valves are held in the head by small retainers. To remove them, the valve springs need compressed. At that point, you will be able to remove the retainers and the valves. NOTE: When doing this, be careful. THe retainers love to shoot off and get lost.
