What other year Berlingo and/or model Citroen rear axle will Fit a 2000 Berlingo?

I must replace the rear axle to my 2000 berlingo van. It is a 1.9 Diesel 800. I would like to change it with a newer/younger axle but am not sure what year I can go up to or other model.

The problem with the axle is the passenger swing arm bearing has worn away and the housing is badly damaged.
