I removed the intake to replace the valve cover gaskets and replace spark plugs. After reassembling I started the van and the RPM went to about 4000 and than came down to 3500. I inspected the vacuum lines and it does not appear that I have a leak. I removed and reinstalled the two electrical connections and am unable to see damage. Reconnection I heard the connection lock.

In order to replace the valve cover gasket, the intake plenum has to be removed, after the reassembly you have a high RPM, this is from a vacuum leak.
