All the icons on the dashboard are coming on?

And it is also draining the battery,even when the car is not moving,what could be the cause of this ?

The car cannot start on its own unless being jump started and when it starts all the icons come on.When i turn off the engine the car battery drains up such that i cant start it again.What could be the cause of this?

have the battery charged and tested. it could be bad or the alternator could be bad. after this is resolved, then you can see if the dash still acts up.
