How to remove the overhead liner in the inside of the van to replace

Need to put new over head liner other one is ripped

the panels around the headliners have to nbe removed. after that, new insulation and the material can be installed after cleaning all the old stuff off. there is spray glue for this process. it is not as easy as it sounds. it will take a while to get it all off and installed.
