Leaking injector, pressure regulator, or fuel pump check valve. A leaking injector is most common. To overcome the long crank time, pause with the ignition switch in the "run" position for one second until the fuel pump stops running, then crank the engine. If this makes starting the engine acceptable to you, no repair is really necessary. I've had this problem with my '88 Grand Caravan for many years, and after 379,000 miles it still runs fine.
