2000 Chrysler Concorde steering

The car turns ok to the right but when turning the steering wheel to the left it is like there is no power steering at all. Fluid level is good and the belt is tight

Obviously your power steering pump works fine because you can turn to the left easily. I would have to guess that you have a problem in the Rack and Pinion that prevents you from turn to the right easily
