I've heard I should use a thicker oil in the winter months

I live in central Virginia and have been using 10W-30. What do you suggest?

I also live in VA and so you do not need to use 10W-30 based on our climate. I attached the info below that will show the temperature ranges that you need for each oil.

If you have low oil pressure then you can use thicker oil to help take up that tolerance but it is not required unless this is the case.
