2000 Chrysler Cirrus Fill Gas Tank Engine Chugs Until That Changed 3 Spark

Fill up Gas Tank with gas and the engine chugs until some of the gas is gone. What is that? Changed the 3 spark plugs in front 0f the engine. There are there more somewhere but I havent really looked. What tools do I need cause my stuff is in Ohio.
