2000 Chrysler Cirrus - Brake Lights

None of my brake lights work when I step on the pedal. I ahve changed the bulbs, the mechanic (very experienced) can't find the problem, he has used diagnostic equipment and everything. It is not the brake swithc either.

Any thoughts?

Have the brake circuit checked and tested on the body control module
