Power sliding door gets stuck locked and when it does the only way to unlock door is to move the rod attatched to lock. How do I correct this?

Chevy has a recall on its sliding doors. Call your dealer to get more info. I've found a lot of info on doors not staying closed, not able to unlock, etc. most were at one time under a recall. I'll keep checking in case your dealer isn't forthcoming.
