Does a transmission from a 1998 Chevy Venture fit a 2000 Chevy Venture? And they're both 6 cylinder.

I do not believe this would work, the 1998 has the 4t60e trans, the 2000 has the 4t65e trans which replaced the 4t60e in 1998, I checked part numbers to be sure and they are different starting in 1998.
