I have a Chevy truck 2000, 3500, 454 big block dually and most of the time it runs fine. Periodically while driving the truck will not shift. I have to pull over turn the truck off and then back on an it works fine. This happens mainly in cold weather, what is the problem. I also noticed that when I turn on the heater it won't shift.
