I have a small power steering leak from one of the hoses. Is it easy to replace?

Yes. Anywhere from ridiculously easy for the low-side hose to extremely simple with the right wrenches for the hi-side hose. Low side hose should only require a screwdriver or nut driver to loosen the clamps. You SHOULD use a line wrench for the hi-side hose. You can probably get one of those for less than ten bucks at Autozone.
