2000 Chevrolet Silverado Stuck in Overdrive

I have a 2000 2WD Silverado 1500 that is stuck in the Tow/Haul Mode but the Indicator Light on the dash isn't on saying it's engaged and the button on the shift lever does nothing. I've been scouring the web looking for the wiring diagram and can't find them anywhere. What exactly do I need to do in order to get the T/H system responsive again and get it to dis-engage??
