motor runs real rough after it has warmed up

I have a 2000 S10 6 cylinder p/u..when you first crank it up it runs real smooth. After a few minutes after the motor gets hot it starts running real rough, engine light is flashing on and off.

Check for vacuum leaks, check fuel pump pressure, if the check engine light is on, check for trouble codes.
