2000 s10 2.2l non ecotech 5 speed. Will not start unless the throttle is pushed 3/4 to full throttle. I have replaced intake gasket , vacuum lines, spark plugs and wires, fuel pump, fuel filter, fuel pressure regulator, IAT sensor, coolant temp sensor and I have cleaned throttle body . After truck start it idles and runs perfectly but can not get it to start with out throttle pressed. When and if it does start with out throttle it acts like it is slightly flooded. Can you help thanks!

scan for codes and check fuel pressure should 41-47 psi on your vehicle. then if no codes are stored check crank and cam sensor for resistance it may be to high causing your problem.
