Changed fuel pressure sensor and new gas cap on 2000 S-10, still have same trouble code saying fuel pressure sensor. Any ideas?

I owuld return fuel presure sensor as defective, put a new one on and see if that fixes problem.
If not, then there is an open circuit in FPS wiring, or possible PCM (not likely).

Thanks, I'll give it a try. It's just that you have to remove the bed to get to it so I wanted someone else's opinion before tackling it again!
