Hi will a 1999 factory CD player for a s10 fit and plug right in to my 2000 s10 w.o buying anything special if not what would I have to buy to make it work. Note my truck only has a factory radio no cd or tape thanks

I see no problem with that but the only way to be sure is to remove your radio and see if the connectors are the same pattern. You can buy a connector package at any parts store for any year. Then you just splice the proper connectors in to operate that radio.
