The headlight assembly locks into the housing by cam action. Turning it a quarter turn counterclockwise will loosen it and pulling it straight out removes it from the housing. There may be a protective cover on the back side of the housing that is either a twist lock, or bale-lock secured. The connector locks with a tab that needs to be lifted.
