2000 Chevrolet Prizm indicator lights

When I turn my 2000 chevy prizm on at night the indicator lights on the dashboard and on the heating and cooling, and taillights are not lighting up right as the car turns on at night why is that? I have tried some other things and I have been unsuccessful with my attempts

You said they are not lighting up right. What are they doing? Do they come on at all? Have you checked fuses? Have you checked the headlight switch?

they light up after about 11 seconds I have not checked the fuses yet and the headlight switch is all the way up

If they do come on, then the fuses are good. However, I would recommend having the headlight switch checked.
