My over head console dosent come on some time wen I start my car and my ac won't come on either but wen the console comes on about 15-20 min later my ac comes on. And also my blinkers come on some times and some times they dont

Sounds like a poor connection at a power supply somewhere.

You're going to have to check all the power connections and harness plugs when it's not working. When you touch the right spot it could suddenly come alive.
