I have a 2000 Chevy Monte Carlo ss and the heater hose connector broke how do i go about by changing it?

The hose was leaking and it finally just broke but now i have no idea how to change it.

Is it the rubber hose? If so, there will be a clamp on both ends. Remove the clamps, get a new hose and clamps, replace the hose and refill the coolant.

Let me know if it is something different.
