brake, tail and reverse lights do not work on right side of 2000 malibu.

changed bulbs. changed circuit board. new circuit board works on left side but not on right side. new circuit board lit up bulbs dim on right side when I accidently plugged in upside down.

did you check the fuses?? if they are ok, then you need to check for voltage. if there is none, you need to go back to the switch and verify power.

I switched boards and they both worked. The bad side went out and when i tapped it it went back on.

you have connection issues/ clean all connections and add dielectric to the connections.
