the sound is a quick chirping sound when turning to the right

I have a 2000 Chevy Impala LS WITH 3.8 Engine Problem when turning steering wheel to the right the car make a chirping sound.thing i all ready try i change hub bearing cv axles and check all front end parts still same thing. stop by dealer and they say it was transmission i took it to the transmission shop and they was clueless to what it was never heard that sound before can u please help me out.the sound is a quick chirping sound when turning to the right help please

sounds like a belt noise.get some belt dressing then roadtest.
