2000 IMPALA BRAKES

I have a 2000 Impala base model 3.4 v6/ 3400 model... anyways when I press the brakes coming from a high speed the car shakes an vibrates when applying the brakes. At regular speed an not going too fast really dont feel the vibration.I was wander what could be going on with my brakes either its a caliber,pads or warped rotor thanks for the replys.

Well I have changed them today an the car seems to be stopping alot better but I still feel slight pulsation or shaking when applying brakes from high speed. The car stops better with less ease but could be better. (Pads and Rotors new)Was wandering what else could be going on. Should I replace the rear pads and rotors or bleed the system thanks.
