my gas gage an oil pressure gage stay on when ign. is off whats wrong?

does this cause the battery to die oernight?

If not, the problem could very well be the stepper motors whic operate these guages. they are located on the back of each guage and when the go bad the guages will read incorrectly if at all.
to change the stepper is not that difficult but the instrument panel willneed to be removed. Let me know if you intend to do it yourself and I'll post more info on how to test and or replace them.
