2000 Chevy epress 2500 van lacks take off power.
Runs great just has no power from take off. It has power in higher speeds all day long just not from 0mph up. I replaced TPS and mass air flow sensor.

check for codes and fuel pressure first. then put a vacuum gauge on the engine and see if you may have a plugged or broken catalytic converter. if you have 15' of vacuum then suspect a converter.
