what would it be if water came out towards the back of my engine?

i have already put new thermostat in.. it doesnt leak when just idleing but when i take of it pours out and the only place with water on it is towards the back of the motor..

have it pressure tested at a shop. could be a hose, heater core, head gasket or freeze plug.
