If the noise is louder when turning right, that would indicate a problem in the left front because that is where the weight is being transferred. It can also be irregular wear in the tire making a noise like that.

is tire rubbing on anything during turns? what kind of noise is it? cv joints can make noise when turned, normally a snapping/clicking sound.

its not a clicking or snapping noise, it does sound like it could be rubbing on something but im not sure if thats the problem. if you sit in the passenger seat you'll feel it where your feet are, and yes it makes the noise alot louder when its turner to the right but only when car is moving.

Sounds like left front hub bearing but I would try rotating the tires first to make sure it's not a tire.
