2000 Chevrolet Cavalier Just Changed Plugs Corks Boots On Plugs Ran Great

I just changed the plugs and "corks/boots on plugs" Ran great before and ran great for a few days after but now there is a mis fire and or skipping. Check eng. and trac. lights come on. Also bad sulfer smell and fuel smell. Please Help.
