how do I check if the fuel pump is working and where is it located

the car won't start so I checked for spark and am pretty sure it is not getting any fuel

I can hear the fuel pump run when I turn on the ignition and I changed the fuel filter and it still does not seem to be getting any fuel what else can I try to do???

Check the injectors if its pulsing
