i changed the multi switch and head lights and fuses my lights still won,t come on

Could be the DRL relay or the BCM

Did you use a voltage tester on the headlamp fuse, hot all the time, check for voltage. Voltage to the headlamps is hot all the time. On and off, bright and dim are controled on the ground circuit. Usually on any switch, I use a jumper to make sure everything works before putting everything back together.
