2000 Chevrolet Blazer Right Signal Light Started Blinking Fast Done This

my right signal light started blinking fast. It has done this before, so tried replacing the bulb, but it still doesn't work. Now, both of my headlights have shut down and only my left signal light and my brights work. Why is my car shutting itself down?

A fast blinking turn signal normally indicates a faulty bulb, not necessarily a faulty turn signal bulb though. Replace the normal headlamp bulbs and this should fix the issue.
