If i put a 1998 4.3 vortex engender in a 2000 chevy blazer 4.3 liter vortex will the the original ecm/pcm from the 2000 blazer work with the 1998 motor.

Assuming they were both VIN "W" motors, it should.

Also i heard here was a problem getting the tourge converter and the flywell don't line up im trying to put a 1998 motor in a 2000 blazer with a 2000 transmission

The engine block is the same so as long as you use everything else that came with the 2000, it should work.
