battery dead and new one is not working?

I have A 2000 Chevy Blazer that was running great the me and my brother went fishing shut the truck off then had the high beams on over the lake unitl the battery died

weve bought anew battarychecked all the fuses and sprayed it with eather .... it cranksbut wont turn over at all

check for voltage at the fuel pump fuse with a test light or meter.then ck.the injecter fuse also.
