I have a 2000 chevy blazer the vehicle will stall out while driving it is not the fuel pump could it possible be the a bad bcm. The vehicle restarts in a about 15 minutes. Then dies again about 15 minutes later

It could be any dozens of things. You're not going to have any idea until you can determine what function is dropping out. Ie: fuel pressure, injector pulse, spark or any combination of those.
