windshield wipers are not working

windows do not work, windshield wipers will not work and the radio works sometimes, but when it is working and you try work windows it shuts the radio off. what causes this and how can i fix it?

check fuses first in car under rear seat and under hood as well as dash. then have it scanned by a professional.
