2000 eldorado has kill switch through headlights wont start

in order to start car must turn on the headlights looks like factory there are no wires cut into.headlights turn on and off okay but the bcm doesnt always read on off.sometimes car will crank only for a second.lights on cluster flash on and off while trying to start.

That sounds like an aftermarket system. However, if the security light is coming on, the system needs scanned for trouble codes.
