2000 Park Avenue I have open circuit (bad connection) between 40 amp defrost fuse (under hood) and the defrost relay (under rear seat). I get 12 volts at the red wire from 40a fuse. I get 2-3 volts at the red wire going into defrost relay. I am asuming a bad connector inbetween the two but where?

Pay particular attention to pinch points, places where the wire(s) go(es) through the bulkhead or floor pan, and the connectors themselves.
