How do you turn off a windshield wiper pump?

My windshield wiper pump is stuck on. Naturally, it emptied the reservoir within a few miles. However, the windshield wipers kept going. I pulled the fuse to the wipers, but I can hear the pump still running. I can't find where the fuse is for the pump itself.

Its the accy 15 amp fuse.Sounds like you have a switch issue.
