2000 Buick Lesabre Rear Brake noise/vibration

I replaced my rear brake pads and now there is a moaning/vibration coming from them. I used aftermarket pads, but I have never had a problem like this. I'm not sure why they are making noise, I have been working on brakes for 31 years, many makes and models.

Did you align protrusions on pads with notch on caliper piston?

Yes, I made sure of that because these pistons are the kind you have to twist to compress.

Wear indicater pointing down on front pad? Slack in Park brake cable?
