Heater on high is only luke warm

Heater on high is only luke warm. Gauge reads 192. Both hoses going into the firewall are hot. Air works fine but the heater doesnt put out much heat. Seems like the heater door isnt opening all the way

Could be an air blend door actuator problem -open it up and investigate

Might want to change thermostat to 205 and see what happens been here before and it works

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
