2000 Buick Lesabre Had Complete Brake Done Way Around Car Stops Fine Low Speeds

I have had a complete brake done all the way around and the car stops fine at low speeds. However when you a panic stop is done from 50 miles a hour or above the steering wheel shakes.?
The front end including tie rods and is in good working order as well. Any idea what it could be .?

Have the rotors checked for runout. They could be new and still be slightly warped.
