car wont start

i have a bmw 740i when i try to crank it i hear this vibration coming from the speakers

A vibration from the speakers??? I really don't know what that one's about, but when you turn the key to start, does the starter turn the engine at all? If not, does the rest of the power in the car work, and the dash lights?
