when putting gas in car , fuel comes out of plastic fuel line behind right rear tire . line is plastic. Where does this line and what is it? thanks in advance.

Where does this line what? It seems the sentence is incomplete. Over boarding a dab of fuel is not unusual, just avoid topping off
