Sounds like a bearing gone bad in power steering pump. does noise change pitch with the turning of steering wheel?

I cant say that I have noticed that the sound changes when I turn.

From a forum post I made, some say it might be the auxiliary tensioner?

I took off the belt 2 days ago, and the Noise stopped.

The Tensioner I did not feel and grinding in the Tensioner, but when the Power steering pump did feel loose, as I could tilt it slightly, but not much.
when beeing turned by hand it did not make any sound.

The Alternator did not feel loose, but I did not manage to turn it, as it was too far down to reach.
