2000 Acura RL Blinkers won't work

When I got the car, basically nothing electrical worked. I replaced all the blown fuses and everything started working except the blinkers and hazards. Is there a separate fuse or relay for these? And where is it if there is?

check items in pics and both flshers in dash fuse box one is for one side and the other for other side.
